| ~ Layaway Policy ~
Yes! I am happy to arrange layaway on the following terms.We offer 60 day layaway on orders totaling $200 or more.
60 day Payment Terms -
50% of total down at time of layaway
25% due within 30 days
25% due within 60 days
We do not charge a service fee for layaway. However, in the event of
a canceled or delinquent layaway, all money paid will be refunded, less a
cancellation charge of 25% of the total layaway order value. Failure
to make payment by the initial agreed-upon dates constitutes cancellation/delinquency.
On a case-by-case basis we may, at our discretion, offer a two-week extension
of the layaway. If offered, this two-week grace period will be extended
only one time.
If we do not receive your final payment by the final payment due date, we
will automatically cancel your layaway purchase unless we have agreed to
extend that date.
Upon requesting layaway, you will receive an itemized email noting the merchandise
included, the total due, the minimum payments and due dates for all payments.
There will be no partial release of merchandise. Upon completion of
the layaway terms your complete order will ship within 2 business days.
